I've used this bat. and it is amazing because of the amount of pop it will add to your swing. It helps you have a lighter swing as well. The bat also sounds great with the aluminum barrel which is pretty big for such a cheap bat. The bat cost depends on what year of the bat you're buying. For example, the 2022 F5 BBCOR costs $129.99 which is 30 dollars more than the 2019 which works just as well, and I recommend it.
4. 2020 CF Zen BBCOR
The 2020 CF Zen BBCOR is a very good bat. There was a point in time where this bat was very popular because there weren't any new bats like the 2021’s or the 2022’s. I got my friend to let me use the bat at batting practice and I became addicted to it. After that, I didn't even bring my bat to practices because my friends let me use it in tournaments and at batting practice. This is a very good bat and I recommend it.
3. Marucci Cat 8 (any model)
I've also used this bat and it is a very good bat. This bat includes AZ105 alloy, the strongest aluminum that Marucci has. The aluminum allows thinner barrel walls, a better response rate, and better durability. Multivariable wall design makes an expanded sweet spot and thinner barrel walls that help the sting after off-centered contact. This bat almost eliminates the need for batting gloves for the player using the bat, This is because of the AV2 knob and thicker grip. If you're looking for a reliable bat, this is it because it won't crack, break in half, and it will last you a long time. Overall this bat is a top 3, but not 1 or 2.
2. Louisville Slugger 2021 Meta
This bat is a must-have great bat. This bat is not for you if you're on a budget as it has a price of around $400 which is an incredibly high price. However, this bat is so good that the price is actually fair for what you get - which means bats almost don't get any better. I've seen people use this bat, and it has an insane amount of pop, and it is very light. The pros of this bat include a perfect barrel and a stiffer feel that takes away a lot of the vibration. It also has a new GT1 End Cap which maximizes the barrel length that hitters love, without having to swing harder. Also, the bat has LS Pro Comfort Grip which gives the batter a perfect mix of tack and cushion. The bat also has a 31/32'' tapered handle. This stuff alone gets you what that big price is worth. This is the best legal bat in my opinion.
1. 2017 CF Zen BBCOR USSSA DeMarini (Illegal)
This is the best bat period, but it's not legal to play in a tournament which means that you can't buy it anymore, and you can't use it unless you bought it before it got banned. This bat has a very expensive price of $349.99. If you buy this bat, it will greatly exceed your expectations of any bat and for the price you're paying you're getting a bargain because this bat is so good. This bat includes 22% stronger Paraflex Composite barrel, and allows for a more equal weight distribution. This serves players needs better than ever. This bat is a two piece composite bat which means it is not durable whatsoever, and has a high rate of just snapping. But overall, serious players almost across baseball are very happy with this bat and are surprised by the bat.
