Ever since she was little, Anna S. has been wondering what's on the stove for dinner? She loved to help her mom or dad cook, and even, sometimes make dinner herself! Cooking continues to be Anna's passion! Cooking is a way for Anna to take her mind off things. Writing down recipes, making sure she has everything, and all the kitchen commotion takes Anna to her happy place.

One of Anna's favorite recipes to make is Chicken Marsala. It's a fancy chicken dish that even I don't understand! It's Anna's favorite to make because “it tastes amazing and it's super fun to make!” Anna prefers more complex recipes. She doesn't like the “five minute recipes” as much as the complex ones. Anna is also very particular about cooking in a clean space. “Some nights when I help my mom for dinner, and the kitchen is messy, I just have to clean it before I help out!”

Some of Anna's favorite foods to eat are, Fruit Pizza, which is a cookie dough based “pizza” with sweet cream and fruit. Many people may say, “Ewww? Fruit and cookies?! That must not go together!” But Anna loves making and eating it! She also likes Meat Kabobs, Bizukies, and pretty much everything! She's not really that picky!

Some of Anna's cooking advice is: never rush when in the kitchen, always have hair tied back, no loose clothes, DON'T TOUCH HOT STUFF, don't put our finger in anything, and no jewelry. Anna says, “Most cooking advice is obvious but still important!” One of her cooking tips is, “Sugar makes everything better! I even used to put it in my marinara sauce!” She learned some of her cooking knowledge from her grandma on her dad's side!

Anna is a fan of cultural food! She likes Indian food, Italian food, Chinese food, Egyptian food, Thai food, and some Mexican food. But Anna prefers “cultural” food over American food. “It's just too ‘bready’ for me!” Anna says.

Anna is one of the people you’d want to be around if you were feeling down. With Anna, the mood is always lighter and filled with laughter! Anna always has a smiley face and knows how to make a group “laugh out loud.” Anna enjoys reading, cooking and playing volleyball in her free time! Anna says she doesn't really get stressed out because she balances everything pretty well and uses her time wisely at school. Anna has a cute 1 year old goldendoodle named Simba, and a fish named Swish.

So this explains why Anna has always been wondering “what's on the stove for dinner?” and why she always wants to help her parents cook dinner, or even sometimes makes dinner herself! Anna will continue with her passion for cooking because she is truly “Cooking Crazy.”

If you like to bake, chocolate chip cookies with a peanut butter center are great.
