Aiden the Theatre Kid

As an elementary student, Aiden G. would have never thought watching one play would spark his biggest interest. Around the ages of six through eight Aidan saw his first play at Lifehouse Theatre. The first play he ever saw was Benjamin Franklin. To this very day Aiden loves theatre and has been a part of Junie B. in Jingle Bells, Batman Smells!, You' re a Good Man, Charlie Brown, Les Misérables, and will be part of Madagascar: A Musical Adventure here at RCMS.

Aiden got his part in Les Misérables, his most recent play, when he was dropping off his younger sister at summer camp. Aiden ran into the director of You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown! and the director told him that he was directing a play at Lifehouse Theatre. He asked Aiden if he wanted to be a part of the play and told Aiden he can have the part of Gavroche. Aiden said, ”I think I was better than all the kids that tried out. That is why I got the part.”

Aiden said, ”My favorite play I have been in is definitely Les Misérables.” If Aiden was to be a part of any play, he would be in Sweeney Todd the Demon Barber of Fleet Street. Aiden is playing Maurice the Lemur in Madagascar: A Musical Adventure at RCMS.

Aiden doesn’t only like doing theatre. He likes to play video games and hang out with his friends. Aiden also likes to binge watch his favorite TV shows on Netflix. His favorite thing to do with his family is going out to eat.
